Orders & Payments

1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, add your chosen items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please email us at hello@mapaladgiftshop.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

4. How long does delivery take?

  • Metro Manila: 3–5 business days
  • Provincial areas: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days (if applicable)

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

5. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

We occasionally offer free shipping promos — follow us on Instagram or Facebook to stay updated!

Returns & Exchanges

6. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re truly sorry when that happens. Please email us at hello@mapaladgiftshop.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll take care of it right away.

7. What items can’t be returned?

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Apparels
  • Stickers and stationery
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Sale or clearance products

Custom & Bulk Orders

8. Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! We love helping churches, ministries, and businesses prepare faith-filled gifts. Message us with your details, and we’ll create something meaningful together.

9. Can I request a personalized design or packaging?

Absolutely! One of our goals is to provide gift-ready products. Just add desired gift wrapping items on your cart and contact us, and we’ll do the wrapping for you!

Everything you purchase is gift-ready. We made sure that once your order arrives, it’s ready for gifting. Comes with a pouch and greeting card. Want your gift in a box? Add a gift box to your order and we’ll have it ready for you.

Because Christ is in every gift, there’s alsoloveinside every pouch, bag or box. We have included love letters of hope for you—whether you are the one giving or the person receiving the gifts. Would like to include a personalized message or greeting? Let us know upon checkout and we will write it for you.

Crafted with advocacy

We are stewards of God’s creation. That’s why we made sure to only use earth materials as much as possible. Our products are made from vegan leather, wood, paper, metals, ceramics, canvass, magnets and up-cycled materials. Our packaging is almost zero waste as we use paper pouches, paper bags and paper boxes.
