Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order was incomplete

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at mapaladgiftshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the item.
  3. Our team will respond within 2-4 business days with next steps.

Once approved, returns may be shipped back to us, and replacements or refunds will be processed promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Stickers and stationery
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Sale or clearance items

Cancellations

Strictly NO CANCELLATIONS! We are packing every gift with love and care. Please do not order if you are undecided, unsure or if you do not intend to pay. Remember: the Lord can see your heart.
