1. The card. The Mapalad Card is issued by Mapalad Gift Shop as a digital or physical card. Both work the same way. The digital card is free for everyone through the Mapalad Card registration page. The physical card is free with a minimum purchase of ₱1,000 in a single receipt at our physical store. One card per customer.
2. Earning points. You earn 1 point for every ₱100 spent on purchases at our store and at mapaladgiftshop.com. Points are computed on the amount paid after discounts, excluding shipping fees, and may include decimals (for example, ₱350 earns 3.5 points).
3. Getting credit. Present your card or give your card number at the counter before paying. For online orders, enter your card number in the order notes at checkout. New cards can earn points once they are activated.
4. Using points in store. Each point is worth ₱1 off a purchase. Show your card at the counter and tell us how many points you want to use.
5. Using points online. To use points at mapaladgiftshop.com, request a voucher from your card page. The minimum is 50 points, in whole points. We send a one-time discount code only to the email on your Mapalad Card. The voucher is valid for 30 days and can be used once. Your points are deducted when the voucher is issued and are not restored if the voucher expires unused.
6. No cash value. Points and vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another person.
7. Returns. Points earned on items that are returned or refunded will be deducted from your balance.
8. Balance updates. The balance shown on this website is updated weekly. If it differs from our store records, our store records apply.
9. Card replacement. A fee of ₱150 applies to replace a lost physical card or to request a change of physical card. We will move your points to your new card. Digital cards cannot be lost: if you can't find your digital card link, email us from the email on your Mapalad Card and we will send it again.
10. Expiry. Points currently do not expire. If this changes, we will post the update on this page at least 30 days before it takes effect. Online vouchers expire as stated in term 5.
11. Errors and abuse. Mapalad Gift Shop reserves the right to deny or cancel any point redemption or voucher request, and to cancel or take back points or vouchers that were credited in error or where management finds irregularities or abuse of the loyalty program.
12. Your information. We collect your name, mobile number, and email only to run the Mapalad Card program, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The balance page shows only your first name and points.
13. Changes. Mapalad Gift Shop may update or end the program at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
