At Mapalad Giftshop, every order is a blessing and we want your experience to be filled with peace from checkout to delivery.
Below you’ll find details on how we ship, handle returns, and care for every gift you choose.

Shipping Information

Processing Time:

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:

  • Luzon excluding island provinces: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Other parts of Luzon: 5–7business days
  • VISAYAS & MINDANAO: 6~8 days

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your gifts arrive safely and on time. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight and size  

We occasionally offer free shipping promos for minimum orders — follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay updated!


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order was incomplete

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at mapaladgiftshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the item.
  3. Our team will respond within 2-4 business days with next steps.

Once approved, returns may be shipped back to us, and replacements or refunds will be processed promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Stickers and stationery
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Sale or clearance items

Cancellations

Strictly NO CANCELLATIONS! We are packing every gift with love and care. Please do not order if you are undecided, unsure or if you do not intend to pay. Remember: the Lord can see your heart.

Everything you purchase is gift-ready. We made sure that once your order arrives, it’s ready for gifting. Comes with a pouch and greeting card. Want your gift in a box? Add a gift box to your order and we’ll have it ready for you.

Because Christ is in every gift, there’s alsoloveinside every pouch, bag or box. We have included love letters of hope for you—whether you are the one giving or the person receiving the gifts. Would like to include a personalized message or greeting? Let us know upon checkout and we will write it for you.

Crafted with advocacy

We are stewards of God’s creation. That’s why we made sure to only use earth materials as much as possible. Our products are made from vegan leather, wood, paper, metals, ceramics, canvass, magnets and up-cycled materials. Our packaging is almost zero waste as we use paper pouches, paper bags and paper boxes.
